Return and Refund Policy
1. Return conditions
Product Quality Problems: If the product has quality problems, such as damage, defects or malfunction, and is not man-made damage, you can apply for a return.
Shipping error: If the received product does not match the order (product name, specification, quantity, color, etc.), you can apply for a return or exchange.
Incorrect description: If the actual condition of the product does not match the description on the website, you can apply for a return.
Incorrect size: If the size is not suitable for normal use, you can apply for a return or exchange (some products may not support the exchange service, please check the product details page).
2. Return Deadline
Deadline for return application: If you find any problem with the product, you can apply for return within 7 days after receiving the product.
Return conditions:
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, without scratches or stains.
Returned products should include all accessories, freebies, tags and labels.
Please keep your proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
3. Refund Method
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment after we have received the returned product and confirmed that it meets the return conditions.
Refund Time: The refund time depends on your payment method and bank processing time, usually 7-15 business days.
4. Return shipping cost
Returns due to product quality issues or shipping errors: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide us with the courier number and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
Returns due to other reasons: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Return Procedure
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service staff by email to explain the reason for the return and obtain a return authorization.
Package the product: Please package the product in its original packaging with the order number and return authorization code.
Ship Products: Ship the package to the designated return address (our customer service department will provide the detailed address).
Acknowledgement of Receipt: We will inspect the product and process the refund within 3 business days of receiving the return.
6. Special cases
Customized Products: Customized products are generally non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.
Promotional Products: Some promotional products may not be returnable or exchangeable. Please see the product details page for more information.
ELECTRONICS: Electronics are generally non-returnable after opening unless there is a quality issue.
Fragile Products: Fragile products should be returned with special care and packaging. If the package is broken and the product is damaged, no refund will be made.
7. Other
Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted, but must be requested before the product is shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: If there is a dispute about a return or refund, both parties can negotiate to resolve it.
